The terms behind the product.

An explicitly sponsored invitation grants one company 375 shared credits and waives the $2,500 monthly fee for 30 days from activation. Unused sponsored credits expire. Automatic renewal is off by default. Only an admin or partner can explicitly authorize $2,500 monthly renewal through Billing and Stripe. Renewal setup must complete at least three days before sponsored expiry; otherwise a subscription can be activated after expiry. Buying credits does not authorize renewal or extend access. Without a paid subscription, analysis access stops at expiry; Billing, released-result exports and feedback remain available. Purchased credits remain recorded and usable when access is active. Each paid month includes 1,250 credits. Credit purchases and subscription payments follow the payment and cancellation terms stated at Checkout, subject to applicable law and signed agreements.

There is no public signup or public checkout. Product access requires an authorized invitation; an invitation alone is not evidence that commercial or data terms are complete. An invited House on the paid Beta starts its monthly subscription inside the product through a payment page hosted by Stripe. Before purchase, the product and the Pricing page state the price, included credits, prepaid credit price, billing in advance, monthly renewal until an admin or partner cancels, cancellation at the end of the paid month, and that payments are not refunded. Any signed documents state the contracting entity, governing law, fees, taxes, payment terms, confidentiality, warranties, and liability. If this page conflicts with signed documents, those documents control.

Use Diligence OS for the agreed internal diligence purpose and only with documents you are authorized to provide. Do not probe another customer's workspace (called a House), share access credentials, defeat security controls, upload malicious material, or use the service to violate law or another person's rights.

Diligence OS organizes uploaded evidence and prepares work for review; it does not make the customer's decision. You remain responsible for checking the sources, obtaining the professional advice your circumstances require, and deciding whether to act.

A memorandum is limited by the selected workflow and the documents included in that engagement. Source-linked findings can still be incomplete, ambiguous, or wrong. Unsupported material findings are withheld, but withholding is not a guarantee that every missing fact or risk has been found.

Pilot data is handled under the signed confidentiality and data-processing terms. The public Privacy page explains the current product path, providers, and disclosed retention limitations. Do not upload a deal room through a public Contact or Request form.

The product is a supervised Beta and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn under the applicable terms. Security incidents, provider outages, failed validation, exhausted usage limits or credits, an inactive subscription, or missing privacy evidence may stop new processing rather than produce a result.
