Terms
The terms behind the pilot.
This page explains the product-use rules. It is not a substitute for the signed pilot agreement, order form, confidentiality terms, or data-processing terms.
What this means
Access is by invitation, and paid pilots also need signed terms. Use only documents you are authorized to provide. Human approval does not guarantee a finding is complete or correct. Your team checks the sources and makes the decision.
This summary does not replace the full details below.

01
Written pilot agreement
There is no self-service purchase or public account creation. Product access requires an authorized invitation; an invitation alone is not evidence that commercial or data terms are complete. A paid pilot also requires signed documents stating the contracting entity, governing law, fees, taxes, payment terms, duration, included usage, support, renewal, cancellation, confidentiality, warranties, and liability. If this page conflicts with signed documents, those documents control.
02
Permitted use
Use Diligence OS for the agreed internal diligence purpose and only with documents you are authorized to provide. Do not probe another customer's workspace (called a House), share access credentials, defeat security controls, upload malicious material, or use the service to violate law or another person's rights.
03
Professional judgment
Diligence OS organizes uploaded evidence and prepares work for review; it does not make the customer's decision. You remain responsible for checking the sources, obtaining the professional advice your circumstances require, and deciding whether to act.
04
Outputs and source limits
A memorandum is limited by the selected workflow and the documents included in that engagement. Source-linked findings can still be incomplete, ambiguous, or wrong. Unsupported material findings are withheld, but withholding is not a guarantee that every missing fact or risk has been found.
05
Confidentiality and data
Pilot data is handled under the signed confidentiality and data-processing terms. The public Privacy page explains the current product path, providers, and disclosed retention limitations. Do not upload a deal room through a public Contact or Request form.
06
Availability and changes
The product is a supervised pilot and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn under the signed agreement. Security incidents, provider outages, failed validation, exhausted spend ceilings, or missing privacy evidence may stop processing rather than produce a result.
