Company

People behind the product.

Diligence OS was built for family-office teams who need to explain their conclusions—not just produce a document. The people building it are accountable for that standard.

Founder

Alex Ouellet

Alex founded Diligence OS to make the evidence behind an investment review easier to inspect, challenge, and hand to the next decision-maker.

Diligence OS was shaped by Alex’s experience evaluating investments at Mayker Capital, where he is Chief Technology Officer.

This is founder background, not a Mayker endorsement, sponsorship, or customer relationship.

Software reviews. People approve.

The pilot supports three focused reviews. Each engagement uses one review and one set of documents. A human reviewer checks the work and must approve the memo before your team can read it.

The product helps organize and check evidence. It does not make the investment decision. Your team remains responsible for professional judgment, checking the sources, and deciding what to do.
