How credits work
Every paid month includes 1,250 credits, and extra credits cost $1 each. A typical analysis of a standard document room uses a few credits; reviewing every page of a large room or transcribing long recordings uses more. Your workspace shows the balance, recent activity, and an estimate before each analysis. Monthly limits on analyses and usage also apply; reaching one routes you to support.
- What uses credits?
- Running an analysis, rerunning a memo section, transcribing a recording, and other model-assisted work in the product use credits. Each analysis shows an estimate in credits before it starts; the estimate is not a quote. Credits used by an analysis that fails are returned.
- Do credits roll over?
- Included credits are used first and expire at the end of each paid month. Purchased credits do not expire while the subscription is active, and they remain with your workspace if you later resubscribe.
- What happens if credits run out?
- Work that has already started finishes. New work starts once available credits cover its estimate. An admin or partner can add prepaid credits in the product at any time, and admins and partners get an email when credits run low.
- How does cancellation work?
- An admin or partner can cancel from the billing settings in the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and partial months are not refunded. Released memos stay available to your team.
- Can I sign up online?
- No. Access is by invitation. Request access, and if the work is a fit we will invite your team; an admin or partner then starts the subscription inside the product.
