Where the value comes from.

Value drivers for teams justifying infrastructure spend — no invented customer statistics.

Value model

  • Time recovered
  • Review quality
  • Evidence traceability
  • Decision readiness
Compress diligence cycles
Run the same workflow stages every time without compressing the evidence standard.
Increase partner leverage
Partners review structured drafts instead of rebuilding analysis from raw documents.
Improve consistency of review materials
Memoranda and committee packs render from a single set of facts.
Reduce duplicate analyst work
Analyst time moves from document triage to judgment — challenge, approve, and sign.
Preserve institutional memory
Locked memoranda, audit trails, and versioned workflows create a defensible record.
Improve source traceability
Every claim points back to a source chunk by hash.
Reduce missed evidence
Contradiction checks surface gaps before the committee meets.
Accelerate go/no-go decisions
Decision-ready artifacts arrive with citations intact.
Improve investment committee preparation
IC materials share source spans — they cannot drift from the memorandum.
Create a defensible review record
Every material action is logged against the engagement.

Premium infrastructure with published pricing.

Diligence OS is workflow-first diligence software for capital teams — citation-anchored memoranda, versioned review, and audit history. Priced for serious work, not per-prompt document chat.

Pricing reflects workflow scope plus source volume plus review model plus security posture plus implementation depth

Pricing reflects

  • Principals
  • Engagement volume
  • Workflow access
  • Support tier
  • Deployment

How access works

Every House begins with an introduction — there is no public signup. Enterprise buyers can request a partner call first.

  1. 01

    Request an introduction

Tell us about your House and the first workflow you have in mind. We review every request for fit before granting product access.

  2. 02

    Choose a plan

Compare Analyst, Advisor, and Firm on principals, engagement volume, and support tier. Published pricing, no hidden figures.

  3. 03

    Get set up and confirm

Once accepted, your House is provisioned and principals confirm the plan and complete a secure checkout on the billing page. Advisor and Firm include a one-time setup fee on the first invoice.

  4. 04

    Run your first engagement

Upload sources, select a workflow, and produce a citation-anchored memorandum through the review console.

What every engagement includes

Even the entry path is serious infrastructure — not a stripped-down trial.

  • Controlled source intake
  • Closed-system workflow
  • Citation-anchored claims
  • Versioned review
  • Audit trail
  • Workflow-specific artifact output
  • Sector fixtures as they ship — included on every plan
  • Human review and challenge
  • Security-conscious deployment
  • No training on your documents — ever, by anyone
  • Published pricing on Analyst, Advisor, and Firm

What shapes your Diligence OS engagement

Pricing is rational when the drivers are explicit. These are the dimensions we assess during introduction and scoping.

01Principals included
Each plan includes a fixed number of principals. Additional seats are negotiated on Enterprise.
02Engagement volume
Monthly engagement quota scales from 30 on Analyst to unlimited on Firm.
03Workflow access
All eight workflows — manager DD, direct IDD, ODD, co-invest, secondary, governance, tax brief, and risk analysis.
04Sector fixtures
Asset-class-calibrated workflows, each gated by a published Releasability Score before it reads as live. Energy and data centres and private credit are in practice; three more are in development. Included on every plan.
05Artifact output
Citation-anchored memoranda, risk registers, source maps, PDF export, and share links on every tier.
06Support response
From next-business-day email on Analyst to dedicated partner on Firm.
07Deployment
Shared chamber on Analyst and Advisor. Data residency and single-tenant chamber on Firm.
08Setup fee
Waived on Analyst. One-time setup on Advisor and Firm, billed on the first invoice.

Questions

Why are prices published?

The numbers on this page are the numbers on the billing page. Published pricing is a transparency signal; Enterprise terms are negotiated separately.

Can we evaluate before committing?

Analyst is the entry tier: 30 engagements per month, one principal, setup fee waived. Request an introduction, run a live diligence process, and move up if volume warrants it.

How does access begin?

Request an introduction. Once your House is set up, principals complete the subscription on the billing page. Advisor and Firm include a one-time setup fee on the first invoice.

Can we talk to someone first?

Yes. Every House begins with an introduction, whether you want a working call, Enterprise terms, or a procurement review.

Is Diligence OS a chatbot?

No. Diligence OS is workflow-first. It structures source intake, evidence extraction, review states, artifact generation, and audit history.

Does Diligence OS make investment decisions?

No. Diligence OS supports human judgment by organizing evidence, preserving review history, and producing source-backed artifacts. It does not provide investment advice or make investment decisions.

Can we upgrade later?

Yes. Change plans from billing at any time. Enterprise is sales-led for custom volume and deployment.

What about the Releasability Score and sector fixtures?

A sector fixture calibrates a workflow to an asset class — its own document set, its own thresholded risk flags, and a Releasability Score that names what stands between a draft and a memorandum a committee can present. Energy and data centres and private credit are in practice today. Commercial real estate, emerging managers, and nuclear and SMR are in development. Every fixture is included on every plan as it ships, at no extra charge.
