Third parties that process customer data on our behalf under a written agreement. No subprocessor uses your documents to train a model; inference and embedding providers run under zero-retention terms. Updated quarterly.

Any change to this list is communicated to active Houses by email with thirty days’ notice before it takes effect, and a fourteen-day window to object in writing. The full data-processing agreement, including the subprocessor change procedure, is available on request before any document is uploaded.
